Information we collect
When you place an order, contact us, or create a customer account, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, order details, account information, and messages. Our website and service providers may also process your IP address, browser information, security logs, and cookies needed to operate the store.
How we use it
We use this information to process payments and orders, deliver products, handle returns and customer inquiries, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet recordkeeping and legal obligations. Submitting a customer inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Payments and service providers
PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy. We receive payment status and transaction references needed to manage your order; we do not store your full payment card number. Read PayPal’s Privacy Statement.
We share information needed to perform their services with our hosting and email providers, payment processor, and fulfillment and delivery partners. These may include Spaceship/Spacemail, PayPal, Amazon fulfillment, 4PX, and local delivery partners, depending on the order. For example, a delivery partner needs your shipping address and contact information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect customers and the store.
Checkout security
We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect payment routes from automated abuse. This service may process technical information such as your IP address, browser/device information, cookies, and interaction signals to distinguish people from bots. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your shopping cart, account sign-in, checkout, and security functions working. You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking them may prevent cart and checkout features from working. We do not currently offer an advertising-cookie opt-in or a marketing email subscription service.
Storage, security, and international processing
Our business is based in China, and the website is hosted in the United States. Your information may be processed in these countries and in countries where our service providers operate. We limit access to information needed for store operations and use reasonable security measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain accounting and transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law. Account deletion may not remove records we must retain for these purposes.
Your choices and requests
You can review available account and order information through My Account. Email customer care to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions. We do not sell customer personal information. The store is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
